Anne has practised in the area of civil and family litigation since 1995.
She advises clients:
- On a wide range of personal property and commercial disputes including disputes concerning leases, caveats and construction contracts as well as general debt recovery and insolvency proceedings.
- On a wide range of family law matters including relationship property claims and agreements, estate litigation and disputes relating to the guardianship and care of children.
- On employment issues, including conducting claims and defences in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.
